Why Ivingo Creative? The Story Behind the Name—and the Structure

By CJ Price

I named my business after my house.

Not just a house—Ivingo, a 150+ year-old Victorian farmhouse on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

She’s quiet, creaky, and grounded. She’s held generations. She’s been rebuilt, repaired, and reimagined. And in her stillness, she taught me something foundational:

Good structure doesn’t shout. It supports.

That’s what I wanted Ivingo Creative to be—a business that builds intentional digital homes for businesses who are done with fluff and ready for function.

Pretty Doesn’t Pay the Bills

Most businesses I work with already have a website. Sometimes it’s “fine.” Sometimes it’s “pretty.” But somewhere along the line, they realize:

It’s not working.

It’s not converting.
It’s not guiding.
It’s not earning its place.

That’s where I come in. Ivingo Creative is for founders, teams, and service providers who are ready to turn their website from something nice into something that performs.

Your Website Needs More Than a Pretty Front Porch

Web design is architecture.
Copy is structure.
Your homepage is the foyer.
CTAs are doorways.
And conversions? They happen in rooms designed for flow—not just aesthetics.

At Ivingo Creative, everything we build is rooted in:

  • Foundation: strategy, message, brand clarity
  • Structure: user journey, flow, and smart hierarchy
  • Finishing Touches: design that elevates but doesn’t distract

What Lives Inside Ivingo

Like the house it’s named for, Ivingo is becoming a world with many rooms:

  • The Library → blog posts, insights, strategies
  • The Study → glossary of marketing + web terms
  • Site Notes → weekly emails with clarity, structure, and sharp perspective

Each space has a purpose. Each one supports your growth in a different way.

Why It Matters

Ivingo Creative isn’t a design studio that hands you a folder and vanishes.
It’s a strategic partner in building a site that works. One that supports your business behind the scenes, 24/7.

Because your website should be more than beautiful.
It should be built to convert.
It should be built with intention.
It should feel like it fits.

That’s what we build at Ivingo Creative.
This is where strategy comes home.

Founder CJ of Ivingo Creative

Hey! I'm CJ.

I like to call myself a "Website Architect," aka your go-to for building websites that work harder, not just look pretty.

Before starting Ivingo Creative, I was running a tent + event rental company with my husband (yes, the full wedding/festival chaos). I taught myself how to get us to the top of Google, and realized I was more into strategy than setup.

Now I help small business owners and service pros build websites with structure and substance — grounded in SEO, conversion strategy, and content that actually connects.

When I’m not mapping CTAs or yapping about SEO or conversion strategies, I’m off-grid with my family, a strong marg, and a break from my screen.

Let’s make your website the most strategic part of your business so you can take a break, too.
