Ivingo Creative (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides web design, search engine optimization (SEO), website optimization retainers, and digital marketing services to small businesses. These Terms apply to all clients, customers, and site visitors.

2. Services Provided

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Signature Web Design

• SEO Audit & Implementation

• Monthly Website Optimization Retainers

• Marketing Strategy & Content Development

Full details of your selected services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

Subscriptions and retainer services are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and strategy work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel ongoing services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. For monthly retainers, cancellations received after the billing date will apply to the following month.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary materials and approvals in a timely manner

• Review and approve deliverables promptly

• Respect deadlines and communication boundaries

• Pay invoices on time

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact project timelines or result in additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom design, copy, and strategy created by Ivingo Creative remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. After full payment, ownership of completed deliverables will be transferred to you.

We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy policy). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
